First trimester:
The First trimester means the first 3 months of pregnancy.
The first trimester begins on the first day of your last period and lasts until the end of week 12. First 4 weeks I do not get any symptoms. In the duration of five weeks. I feel bloated, crampy, tired and moody, and experiencing sore breasts, nausea/vomiting and a frequent need to pee.
Pregnancy test positive:
I take a home pregnancy test and the results reveal a strong possibility that I am pregnant. It is our most life-changing and exciting weeks of our life.I feel good to think that I am carrying a precious little person.
many moms prefer not to share their news until they have had their dating scan, but I am different in that sense when I get positive result in house, I call immediately all of my nearest and dearest. I want to run this journey with all of my dearest.

I do not late to consult with gynecologist to be over sure that I am pregnant.She gives me information on nutrition and diet, and might suggest me to take folic acid supplements.
that I am not already doing so. She also advise me on the rest of the care. And also give some blood test whether I have any problem or not.
Fruits to Avoid During Pregnancy:
During Pregnancy it is important that I take extra care for my unborn baby.There are certain fruits that need to be avoided during pregnancy. I want to best for my unborn baby. Papaya:
The unripe and semi-ripe Papayas are rich in latex, which is known to trigger uterine contractions.
Papaya intake apparently brings on labour early or causes miscarriage. This is partially true.Papayas
should be avoided during the first and final trimester of pregnancy. For this reason Papaya is in list of foods to avoid during pregnancy.
But ont other hand ripe papayas are excellent during pregnancy. Ripe papayas are rich in vitamins, such as vitamin C and other wholesome
nutrients that prevent the onset of pregnancy symptoms, such as heartburn and constipation.
Pineapple:
Pineapples are rich in bromelain, which can cause the softening of the cervix leading to early labour.
So Pineapple must stop yourself and your dear ones from eating pineapple while pregnant.
Grapes:
eat grapes during pregnancy is really controversy because my doctor don’t said to avoid it but I learned from internet that it should avoid it.
I search many health, site maximum site advice that it should avoid.the main bone of contention is the high amount of resveratrol present in grapes.This chemical can cause toxicity for the expectant mother.you need to speak with your doctor before you come to any decision about eating grapes during pregnancy.But I do not eat grapes during pregnancy.
