Drinking warm lemon water as a daily morning. A glasses of warm lemon water daily to stay hydrated and rid the skin of toxins. Because lemons are high in vitamin C that helps protect cells from damaging free radicals and improves your skin quality also aids digestion. Drinking lemon water not only helps you get more citric acid, but also the water you need to prevent stones.

To remove a powerful stench:

Sometimes we have to face strong smell on our hands because of cutting ginger, onion or fish. Lemon juice helps to reduce this strong smells. You just rubbed a lemon on your hands to remove a powerful stench. Lemons are also is used as a remedy to bad breath caused by eating foods.

Lemon helps to clear and brighten our skin. It has vitamin C and citric acid also a great antioxidant. It is best for skin I think so. I always use lemon to exfoliate my dead skin. You can Use the sugar scrub once or twice a week in the shower to exfoliate away dead skin cells. Take a sugar lemon juice and honey gently massage on your skin 5 minutes. Do it twice a week.
